Common to Notification group and the Emergency management module:

New groups can be created in two places: User group in the control panel and in the emergency management module (/emergency).

If a group is created/deleted in the emergency management module, it is also created as a notification group under User groups. And vice versa.

Members who are added to the notification group in user groups are also added to the group in the emergency management module. And vice versa.

Documents that are uploaded/linked to in the notification group in the control panel are also displayed to the group in the emergency management module.


There are a number of options in the emergency management module, and this is also where notifications are sent out and alarms are activated. Notification groups in the control panel do nothing but create the group and add members, along with any documents.

User group (Notification group)

Set up in the control panel. Select the fact that it is a notification group and deselect the fact that it is a rights group. Can be both if necessary.


Emergency management


Notification groups should have their own pages.
